I have cleaned the carb twice. Motor starts great and runs smooth, but as you move the throttle from slow to fast, it starts off nice but then bogs down or hesitates at mid speed. Push it a bit more, and it takes off quickly. Is this a carb jet issue, or richness adjustment? And how do you adjust the richness?
