There is approx 200 hours on motor. I religiously change the oil every 50 hours as I like to take care of all my equipment. This year at idle I've noticed an intermittent squeaking noise coming from the upper end of the motor (valves/cam etc). The noise is intermittent and sounds like rubber/metal rubbing internally. Does this motor have a rubber timing belt? Has anyone heard of an issue similar to this? I have searched the forum with no luck. I don't want to continue running it as I don't want to cause more damage if something is wrong. If I pull the rpm's above idle (in neutral) the noise seems to disappear. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
