Engine block hot 2007 200hp

Hello everybody

I have problem with My 200hp 2007 yamaha the engine block becomes hot and the engine will shut down.

Observations no heat alarm is there may be beause not over heated.
I have replaced the water pumb and still when I touch the body its hot

please pass any recomendations and comments.

check the flow of water. if not proper then check the impeller, thermostat again. if the problem is same then you have to open the exhaust manifold.
 
is the engine shutting down or going into rpm reduction.Yamaha's warning system does not shut engine down.To check your warning horn pull your safety laynyard off and see if horn sounds
