20hp mariner serial # OD169911 Wondering what year

Just wondering what year this is. I think it is either a 1991 or 92. This # came of the serial # plate. This # does not show up when ordering parts.

1992 mariner 20 mlh, Model number 7020211AD

Service manual part number from mercury is (90-435093) - 18/20/25.
