Hi i did a motor swap i had a 85 Yamaha 200etxk and i changed to a 200etxf, now the volt gauge gets no power and the tach does not read. But the oil lights in it work good and the alarms are good, engine fires and runs like a champ. I can not figure out what wires on the motor and where they are that read the tach. Also when i shut the key off, the motor wills stay running for about 5 seconds sometimes more.
the weird thing is.. when the key is off and the engine stays running for the few seconds sputtering and trying to kick out...the tach starts to read
i also pulled the kill switch and nothing happend.
any help please
