1993 Johnson 20HP J20ELETS

50/1.... 1 pint of TCW-III 50/1 oil to 6 gallons of gasoline. A octane rating of 87 will be fine.
Curious as to why non-oxygenated fuel is not recommended.
i run it in all my small engines from string trimmer, power saw, lawn mowers to all outboards.

Got another couple questions for you experts.

1. What would the spark plug gap be on this same outboard outboard?

2. I just put a new prop on it (10.5x11) same as the old one. However I noticed that during the swap out process I noticed a little play with the prop. I can move the prop when I pull or push on it. It moves about 1/16th of a n inch. Since the prop is locked down to the spindle I would think that it's the spindle it's self that is moving. Now is that normal? and if not, what could the problem be?

Thanks for the help.

go and buy the Evinrude Brand XD-50 oil from your nearest dealer. Its the best 2-cycle oil on the market for your motor!

Its the only oil I use. Don't waste your money on the West Marine or Walmart oil.
