F250 Yamaha losing prime

I am losing prime after running for a couple of minutes. I have changed all filters including VST, I have run on an external gas tank and still have the same issue. Does anyone know if this is the start of a fuel pump going bad? Low pressure or High Presuure?
 
I am having that same problem. I changed all fuel lines, filter and checked the vent. Cannot understand what is making the gas primer compress
 
I have also changed all fuel lines and the water separator numerous primer bulbs and am still having the same issue. I think it is the High Pressure fuel pump going bad because of ethanol.
 
I don't know what motor you have but there are 2 pumps from what I have seen. One on the side of the VST and one inside the VST on the F250 Low Pressure and High Pressure
