Yamaha 1995? 175 help with the year identification

Hello, can anyone advise me on aprox age of this engine, I have been told it is a 95, but I dont think this is it's true age, I have some details given to me by seller and I have looked at a few sites but cant tie down age of this engine, can anyone help, attached is a picture of actual engine if decals give a clue.

Info given over phone: 6GS400189 175AETO

I suspect engine is a bit older!

as a matter of fact it is older. the engine code if looked up would mean it was a 95 because of the "T" however 1984 to 1986 engines used the code AETO
