Your opinions on 2003 Yammi 70hp

Looking at a skiff with a 2003 Yamaha 70. Hours less than 200 which seems hard to believe. What concerns would you folks have over a motor like this? Questions beyond normal maintenance records/ who maintained, etc.? Should i be looking only at the hours or consider this thing is seven years old?

Thanks, any help from you more mechanically inclined would be appreciated.

have a mechanic do a diff. test on the cylinders and also a compression check on each one as well. this is the only way to know if the engine is strong and a good buy. the hours dont mean anything in telling if that motor was abused or not
