I've changed 2 of them on my Yamaha 150hp. The first one was tough but the 2nd was easier. Here's a couple tricks I used: 1) I used a small socket knuckle (allows it twist; Sears, Home Depot and others carry them); and a short, thin #10 metric socket. It also helps if you use one of those spring socket extensions. Also, if you manipilate the motor up and down, it allows the TnT to come out a bit from the hull. Worst case, take the 2 screws off the top of the TnT motor itself and the cover comes off and the 3rd screw becomes easier to get (it destroys the motor but typically there are replaced in complete).
