First time poster.....
I have a 1989 Yamaha ProV 150. The lower unit on it works but needs repair. It has a low water pick-up and the body filler is cracked up. Also, I got a small log between the prop and the fin above the prop bending and cracking part of that lip up. So I buy a lower unit I am told will fit my motor and the shaft is to long. Mine is 20" and the replacement is 25". I am looking to sell or trade this one for the correct one but need to know what the new one will fit so I can list it.
Only numbers I can find are stamped inside looking down from the top.
