The story so far, outboard starts fine and runs slightly ragged, but has no real power when opened up fully. Have changed the sparks and all spark fine, compression tested and get an even result across all 3 cylinders. Engine will tick over on bottom cylinder alone, not at all on middle one and almost catches on the top one. Would there be telltale signs on the plugs if the carbs are not functioning properly...Cheers
