Ive got a 1994 75hp Yamaha that runs perfectly. Turned the key and nothing (as if totally dead battery). Battery is fine though, all gages, radio etc working... Took off the motor cover and played around, wiggled the throttle and couple of wires. All of a sudden it started right up. This goes on 3-4x until finally no wiggling or moving the throttle did anything. We double checked the kill switch, battery connections, shift in neutral, etc....
