BF50A2 Stalling Under Load- Sometimes

For example, when I go to put it back on the trailer. I'll get it up on the bunks and twist the trottle to push it on up to the winch and it'll stall out. I have to feather the throttle to keep it from completely cutting off, but it doesn't do this all the time.

Fuel pump? Filter's new. Carbs were cleaned less than 5 hours ago.

Thoughts.

Thanks, B

Any number of things...probably not fuel pump if motor runs good at top speed.

1 - Motor not warmed to temperature....a bad thermostat.
2 - Carbs out of balance
3 - One or more slow speed or idle ports in the top of the carburator are still plugged or have recently gotten plugged up again. (Happens a lot, especially if idle jets were not changed out or fuel system was not flushed.) It only takes a couple of the small holes to be plugged to cause a problem like this.
4 - Acceleration diaphragm out of adjustment.
5 - Cracked fuel lines (1/4 lines on the back of your carburator bank.
