J and T 671 Cooling

drain cocks in the water outlet elbow,oil cooler housing, fresh water pump,heat exchanger,water hole cover on the blower side toward the rear of cyl block
 
Marv, thanks and just to go over once more if the Engines are running fine no smoke, makes proper RPM than I should not be touching Valves Injectors etc.
