Tilt/trim leaking between motor and pump

Hello,

Mercury 1986 Black Max XR4
I have transmission fluid leaking between the tilt/trim electric motor and the hydraulic pump. It looks like an aluminum plate is between the two components and it is also cracked.

Can someone tell me if I can repair this type of leak and get another plate or the parts I may need?
