Honda 150 HP lower unit

The operators manual for the Honda BF 150A does not say anything about the time interval regarding changing oil in the lower unit. Does anyone have any information regarding this?
 
Its in the owners manual in the maintenance schedule. see the row for Gear Case oil.

I do mine once a year, some do more often as they run the motor more.
