"I have a 93 mega 25 that i want to hook a tach up to. The local dealer sold me a faria tach, and told me the signal wire is the yellow wire coming from the rectifier. i spliced it in here followed all the instructions that came with the tach.. nothing the needle doesnt move.. is this the correct signal wire? what rpms should i be turning? 5500-5700?"
