had a new lower unit put on an

had a new lower unit put on and the take off sucks and top speed is now 57 and was 74 with old unit before case busted why is this the new lower is a 1.75 to 1

First off, what horsepower are we talking about (I would assume 200, 225 or 250 based on the gear ratio)?

And second, did you keep the same prop as your previous lower unit??"
