Lower cowling cover removal

"i have a 200hp mercury... 1B0

"i have a 200hp mercury... 1B026596 (1200422DY) i need to locate and replace the poppet valve... i'm not sure how many bolts hold the lower cowling in place... the manual shows two however, i believe there are more... any help would be appriciated... also input knowledge on replacing the poppet value would be great info for me...

4 bolts or 3 bolts and a nut o

4 bolts or 3 bolts and a nut on the fwd latch strike. SOB to get at without the 1/4" swivel socket set.
