"Here might be a starter set.........

Locate and read owners manual.

Purchase a service manual.

5 years, any fuel in that tank has to be over ripe by now. I would drain and flush.

New feul lines and bulb.

Rebuild fuel pump.

Clean out float bowls.

Pull spark plugs generously lubricate all cylinders. Rotate by hand (not starter) without plugs, feeling for any sticking that may indicate ring siezure or corrosion.

Check compression using a remote device not ignition switch.

Check for spark per service manual.

New plugs, new thermostat.

Rebuild water pump.

Drain and refill lower end gear case.

Remove prop, inspect for leakage, anodes.

Lube prop splines, reinstall prop."
