"Peter, that is a Belgian (serial) production number.

It is a little lower than the "start" serials for the 1985 model year, but I show no production in 1984 model year.

Given that my lists may be a little out of whack I would suspect either an 84 or 85 model mechanically identical to the US built 25XD models of similar vintage..."
