"I have recently (4 months ago) repowered with a D2 75 (# 5103 991915T), MS 25L-A (# 5025 09 13298) G box and Variprop DF112 19x14 4 blade feathering prop.

When shifting into gear I get a very loud 'clunk'. Several mechanics have confirmed this as being extremely loud.

Any feedback is welcome

friendship I have a similar loud clunk with D2 75 but only when starting the engine: I keep the rev a little more than minimum and the noise disappears.
Ant problem with the MS 25 LA box?
