Removing intake 1990 115 hp 2 stroke

"anyone know if you must remove the carb mounting studs on the intake in order to remove the intake or reed valves? I'm have a hard time breaking loose the manifold from the crankcase cover. thanks, Ron"

"Ron, the 90 and 115 models are pretty different if you are talking about a mid-80's on model, so to look up the answer to your question, will need to know what year/horsepower you are talking about..."
