WATER IN LOWER CYLINDER 1992 60 hp

I have 1992 mariner 60H.P 3 cylinder . I have replace all the gasket from the buttom of the engine down. I have water at the #3 cylinder plug what can cause that if not a crack block Thank you french 11

"That's a 'dry driveshaft' design, so if it's not a damaged exhaust plate, then it's a cracked block since water doesn't readily get pass the lower crank seal on those. I suggest you pull the exhaust plate and take a look.

Note: The safest way I found to remove all those bolts is with an impact wrench on the lowest setting. Let it chug away--for minutes if necessary--and the bolts usually come out without snapping off.
