I have a Bf25 HONDA 4 STROKE rebuild carbs all 3 soaked them washed a blowen out and replaced on motor. Now my # 2 carb leaks gas from under silver disk thats vented on the side . Pump the bulb on fuel line it squirts gas from under silver disk . So is the float not seating to shut off fuel.....

"You are right. The float height may not be set correctly or the needle is stuck part way in the opening.

Before you take everything apart...drain that carburator...then hold the handle of a screwdriver up against the side of the carb (right about where the bowl and the body connect), then hit the tip of the screwdriver with a hammer to jar the carb.

Don't go too crazy with the hitting.

Then have someone pumped the fuel bulb slowly while you tap it a few more quick taps as it is filling.

If that fixes it, you may want to add some Sea Foam to your fuel to help clean off what you may have missed.

If that doesn't fix it, then you know what to do...

If the needles were pitted, they should be changed anyway. Use a q tip with solvent to cleam the debris from the needle passage."
