"Have a 95 Merc 200EFI BlackMax. When I first take off the engine bogs for a few seconds(sometimes as much as 10-15sec), before clearing out and taking off to where I can plane out. Once this gets out of the way I can stop and start as much as I want without any further trouble. Even if I stop at a spot and stay there most of the day(giving the engine plenty of time to fully cool off), I don't have any problems taking off other than when I first set out. Please help???"
