"When no load is on the motor
"When no load is on the motor it will rev up but as soon as you put it into gear it stutters and only hits a speed of about 5 mph compared to a top speed of 25, 2 days ago. What suggestions do y'all have to check.
Compression is 103 and 92 (new is 110).Both cylinders have great spark. I checked for water and debris and non were found. Primer bulb stays primed and does not lose pressure. There is a large amount of unburnt oil coming out of the exhaust and I dont know what to check next.
