Loses power after 10 minutes of running

"I have a 70's 65 HP Evenr

"I have a 70's 65 HP Evenrude. The motor was in storage for a few years before I bought it. Hava had it serviced several times for tuneup, impeller and carb kit. When cold it runs well but once it heats up it starts to loose power. Even on acceleration from stop it hestitates for up to a minute before it eventually kicks in. It's like it is not getting gas or there's a vapour lock. Mechanic can't find a problem. I have tried changing tanks but no help. Any suggestions."

"Make sure the primer bulb is working properly, and that all carbs are supplying fuel. It sounds like you may be running on two cylinders at times.

Could be an ignition problem too. Stators and coils can malfunction when they heat up."
