how many battery's can i r

how many battery's can i run off the outboard ? (1974 70hp evinurde)... or to phrase it differently.. how large is the alternator / generator on this motor ? can it sustain two or three battery's on its output ?

"nice eng,excellent rebuilder,one of my fav...that has a smaller alt,since it came w/out pwr tnt... i believe its a 10 amp,at 5000 rpm..in that area. designed for just one batt,...harm can be done to chg system,by overloading it..inst a batt sw,and u could chg 2,one at a time."
