"I have a 2000 Johnson 90hp engine. I store the engine in AZ all summer and use the engine in the winter. This is the first time I have brought the engine out of storage. It would not start. The repair station said I had oil in the carbs the gas had evaporated in the summer heat. They drained the oil from the carbs and put in new fuel and it started. My question is how to avoid this problem or how can I do what the mechanic did, what is the procedure."
