Honda 1996 50 hp Water in Crankcase oil

Its a 1996 Honda 50hp with close to 5000 hours and still runs like a clock. Even with water/oil right to the top of the dip stick.
I changed the head gasket in hopes that was the problem. I'm still probably getting a cup of water for 4 hours trolling.
I know the compression is down to 95 psi. I don't buy water getting by the rings when the thermostat sticks open. I have seen that in another post. That's called "making oil" as fuel is what leaks into the crankcase.

Probably the oil pan gasket or the grommet between the water tube and the oil pan.
