I just found an old small moto

I just found an old small motor. the tag says
"outboard motor corporation"
the ser.# is 4091-3822.
Any help in identifying this would be greatly
apreciated.

My car is only 5 years old and can not get body panels for it let alone my 10 year old washing machine that needs a bit of attention....... Best off joining something like AOMC. B."
