Model year for Johnson 150

" What year is my motor? Model number VJ150ELANC. This does not seem to work with the INTRODUCES scheme. Can anyone help explain this to me?

"Trooper..... Strange, I never noticed that model number before, or the fact that it didn't coincide with the "INTRODUCES" code. However, in checking my books, that model number indicates that your engine is a 1992 150hp Johnson.
