Converting an old two hose to a new single hose

"I have an older 5-7 Hp johnson I wanted to convert to a single hose.
There is a good fuel pump for the newer 6 hp johnsons still available.
Does any body know if I can bolt this onto the older engine somewhere and take advantage of the Pulses to work the pump?

"Thanks, I saw that one after I posted mine and copied those links into my "Boat" book.
I was hoping to find a cheaper pump than that snow machine pump.
Like the Evinrude pump.

"It is easier if you use a pump like 438555, because you can attatch it to the pulse hose which you already have. You could probably find a convenient place to screw it to the block, but it will work if you just hang it with a plastic tie . Have done this many times without incident."
