Starter for Mercury 25hp seapro 2008

Mercury 25 HP serial range 0G7

Mercury 25 HP serial range 0G760300 thru 0T979999 does list the starter part number 18-5611 This starter will NOT fit my outboard engine ( on112348 )a 2008 Mercury seapro 25hp me25m outboard engine.
Can anyone give me a Part # for the correct starter.
I have been told that this 2008 Mercury seapro 25hp me25m outboard is manufactured by TOHATSU for Mercury ?.
If so is Tohatsu ( starter motor part #346-76010-0 )the correct one

"Roy, your Merc is not simply a repainted Tohatsu, it's a Merc built by them for Merc to Merc specs - so it's a beast of it's own.

The Merc part number for the starter is 853805A1 - I am not aware of any cross ref numbers for the aftermarket suppliers (such as Arco etc) at this point.

Your motor is being built specifically for the market outside of the U.S. where the big bad EPA can't reach...

If you are looking up parts at one of the few remaining on-line Merc lists, you need to seek out the listings for the 25 horse "International" 2 cylinder...."
