"Howdy all new to sight great idea , I have a 1978 75 hp evinrude good strong motor starts at the touch of the key ,after about 1 hrs use it cuts back to 2500rpm under load and wont rev any harder ,will rev to 6000 rpm in neutral, have tested coils changed power pack cleaned carbs changed fuel lines ,stuck for ideas any help would be apreciated ."
