"Is it possible and if so recommendable to increase oil pressure by stretching the spring of the oil pressure valve in front of the oil cooler. The enige has 1800 hrs., and actual oil pressure at 3100 RPM and warm engine is 3 - 3,5 kgs."

First... make sure you have the real reading. I picked up 20 PSI changing a sender on one of the engines. Then I picked up another 10 psi when a O ring leak on the main tube feeding the lifters was changed. This on a pair of fresh rebuilt 41Bs.
