350 High Idle

"I have (2)1994 350 Engines with marinepower EFI. One engine idles about 2000. When put in drive or reverse also runs faster than other engine.

I added fuel inj cleaner, no help. Inj seems to be spraying evenly.

Warm or cold it wont go down to 800rpms. Once I start the engine its starts at 1000 rpm then slow moves up to 2000 and stays.

Any ideals , trying to fix myself. Other engine and this engine used to idel at 800.

Did you Check for any vacume leaks"

"I think so. Only seen one vacuum line that goes into small black box with electrical connection. I swapped the black box out with the other engine, ni difference. Are there other vacuum linesN"
