Fuel Mixture For Sears Model # 217585870 motor

What's up fellow boaters.

What's up fellow boaters. Can one of you fellas help me out?

I have an old sears motor model# 217-58587-0 (serial# 5B-197440)and i can't seem to find the ratio fuel mixture for this motor. I tried googling and checking the Sears site for some info but all I could find was replacement parts(which is cool).

Do any of you guys have any info that they would like to share? I'm looking for info on fuel mixture ratio and type of oil to use.

"I tried searching also. Best I can come up with is that your motor was made by Eska and the power head itself was made by Tecumseh. Neither are still in business. I did locate one site for Tecumseh motors but could not verify the power head model number. Under the 2 cycle motors listed there were 3 oil/fuel ratios listed. 24:1, 32:1 and 50:1. I would start at 24:1 using TCW-3 oil and if the plug fouls reduce to the next level."
