Hi risers were changed 3 years

Hi risers were changed 3 years ago and little amount of hours have been put on. Question does the riser have to be torqued down? Thanks for any replies!

coat the studs/screws where they go thru the housing with sealer not the gasket surface. Just make sure the gasket surface is clean and smooth and use the correct gaskets and in the order in which they need to be if more than one.

Put a small amount under the washers also as it will squeeze out but also seal good.

Good and tight if nothing else but not to tight."
