"If I knew what an "emergency kill versa valve" was, I might try and help you figure it out. It's been awhile, but I don't remember ever seeing a 92 with an E-Stop because they came equipped with the spring loaded rack tubes. Also, all the old E stops were electrical solenoids."

"Are you trying to say that when you flip the emergency shutdown flap, it still lets air pass and the engine keeps running?

If so, the flap may be slightly warped or your gasket is bad. It's not getting a seal.

If that isn't what you mean, then a little more detail would help us understand your problem."
