My 2000 200hp trims up while w

My 2000 200hp trims up while we are running in causing the motor to go into safety mode. It does not go all the way up just far enough for the safe mode to engage as it's higher than the other motor. I had one person tell me it could be caused by low trim fluid??

"Thats what popped into my head first. Check the fluid and repost with further questions if any. What i'm thinking is happening is that the force of the boat going forward is causing it to move the motor up, so there's a problem with the trim somewhere."
