Basic information on my 15 hp 4 stroke Honda

"Just picked up a used Honda,

"Just picked up a used Honda, no manual, or information. How do I check to see if there is enuff oil in the case? There is a green light that comes on when it's running. Can I over fill it and if so will it damage anything?

There are 2 ports where water comes out, I have water only coming out of one side. Is it suppose to be both or just one side ok? Thanks, Bob"
 
ok the oil is checked with a d

ok the oil is checked with a dip stick. Water only comes out of one port. Never over fill any engine. Thanks Ack
