"I am getting no water stream

"I am getting no water stream from the motor. I have checked the impeller, all good. I have replaced the thermostat, all good. I have checked all tubes for blockage, all good. Yet i am still not getting water to flow up to even reach the thermostat. Any ideas???"

I have a 4-stroke Tohatsu outb

I have a 4-stroke Tohatsu outboard moter and I would like to check and if needed replace the impeller by myself. Anybody has available any drawing and/or istructions how can I do it??
