"I have a 1980 3 litre OMC stern drive in a 1980 Dixie Bow Rider. Is has sat for 2 years w/ out beine cranked. New battery, cap, rotor, points, plugs and wires.. and condenser. I rplaced these items in order to illinate them being part of the proble.. I have fuel and air... no spark.. Any Ideas where to start my search...Thanks Monte"
 
See if it's getting 12 vol

See if it's getting 12 volts to the + terminal of the coil as you crank it over.
