Looking for a chrysler 318 blo

Looking for a chrysler 318 block for a 1972.I live in Michigan.Any help would be appreciated

"I'm trying to find out how I can tell how the cylinders are numbered on 1975 Chrysler 318. I have looked on the block but can't seem to see a number. I'm looking for the # on the 3rd cylinder on the right side of the engine if you are looking at the alternator, belts, pulleys etc.

"Left bank, front to rear: 1 3 5 7
Right bank: 2 4 6 8

Doesn't matter if it's reverse rotation or 'normal'.

"82' 32' Marinette FB / SD Port engine losing power after 2 hr running. I think it may be the Altenator? But not sure , the starboard is strong and when the power jump switch is pushed in it gives life to the port. Please advise if it is the Alt please let me know what Alt will work on this old 318 ( 1800 hrs)
