Firing but not running yamaha 75 origin

"The engine blew up and the he

"The engine blew up and the head was changed and new piston, rings and bearings replaced ran fine running in for 2 hours after 10 mins the engine cut out. i have tried for 3 weeks to get running again changing plugs checking pressure any type of fuel leak and it is ok. When it is turned over it tries to start but wont run just back firing now and again. i have tried starting with revs choke and nothing seems to get it going please help Ryan"

if it backfires it usually it timing or broken reeds

fuel
fuel lines
vent lines

but even if it is on muffs you will be able to fine adjust it when its in the water with the correct pressure and everything so where is the best place to get a timing light because its not like im going to need it again ?

if i start to spend to much money i think i will take it to a specialist and they can sort it just to save the hastle.

i checked the key but the fly

i checked the key but the fly wheel was on there good and tried using 3 pullys until it came off pin is ok and all measures up right
