8V92 DDECII Marine cooler configuration

"I worked for a DDC distribute

"I worked for a DDC distributer for 16 yrs. Been away for 6 yrs. My memory eludes this, Can anybody reinform me how the cooler configuratin is set up from the Jabsco pressure side to the exhaust riser? This guy I work for has a 52 Rybivitch and there is a question about the location of the fuel cooler/coolers he insists there are 2 fuel coolers. I beleive there is 1 and it is with the boost cooler. I looked through all my old paper work and I can't find not even a pic of that engine. Help???"

"Can anybody help with this problem.

8V92 Port Enging smokes heavily on start up for 5 minutes then suddenly stops and clears, also sometimes puffs on idling.

Stb engine smokes only a littel and runs smooth.

Have cleaned out all engind filters and diesel filters. Air filters are OK.

Please advise

SOUNDS LIKE COLD STUCK RINGS.A

SOUNDS LIKE COLD STUCK RINGS.AS SOON AS ENGINE WARMS THE RINGS RELEASE.IDLEING ENGINE FOR LONG TIMES WILL CAUSE THIS PROBLEM. SOMETIME RUNNING ENGINE UNDER FULL LOAD WILL CLEAR PROBLEM.
