My 1987 Nissan 90 came to a stop and wouldn't rev up past a fast idle. I checked the fuel filter and it was clean. I discovered that the oil tank was low and filled it. Took it out for a spin and it ran great. My question is: Does this engine have a Rev limiter that kicks in when the oil level gets low?
